The Joseph Brant Hospital Mental Health Services Program provides a Full-Continuum Model of Care, planned and designed according to needs of the patients in our community and in alignment with provincial and regional mental health priorities and directives. This model of care:
Provides early detection and early intervention; this prevents issues from compounding and becoming more complex in the future, and ensures that patients receive the right care at the right time.
Removes barriers and the unnecessary challenges for patients and families trying to navigate a complex system.
