COVID-19 has and will continue to shape our daily lives. This includes how health care is delivered now and in the foreseeable future. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to safe, quality, patient-centered care.

Resuming Care

Joseph Brant Hospital has begun to gradually and safely reintroduce programs and services paused by COVID-19.  If your appointment or procedure was cancelled or postponed due to the pandemic, your physician or surgeon’s office will contact you with the new date.

Resuming care will take time because we must do it in a way that protects everyone’s health and safety. We ask for your patience.

Reimagining Care

As we begin to reintegrate our programs and services, we are also looking at how we can improve them. Patient advisors and health care providers are assessing programs and services and making recommendation for improvement. These are guided by our commitment to put patients at the heart of everything we do.
