We are unable check or confirm eligibility for private medical coverage or health insurance. Please have this information with you before coming to the hospital.
Physicians will bill out-of-country and uninsured patients separately for uninsured or delisted services. The hospital is not responsible for any billings or payments that result from physician-related charges.
Patients are asked to pay their bill on discharge. Payment is accepted in-person, by mail, telephone or web (online). We accept VISA, MasterCard, cash, debit and cheque.
Patients can pay their bills in-person during regular business hours at the Cashier's Office— or, after hours at Admitting & Registration.
The Cashier's Office is located on Level 1 of the South tower across from the cafeteria.
Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
When paying your bill by mail, do not send cash.
