The Out-patient Speech Language Pathology Clinic helps adults who have difficulty with speaking, difficulty understanding language, or have problems swallowing.

Location

The Outpatient Speech Language Pathology Clinic is on Level 1 of the North Tower within Ambulatory Clinic.

Hours of Operation

Tuesday 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday 7:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.

Referrals

Patients are seen by referral.

Physician

Referrals must be completed by a physician. To refer a patient for the Out-patient Speech Language Pathology Clinic, complete the Ambulatory Care Clinic Referral Form and fax to 905-681-4879

Once referred, we will call you within 7 business days to book an appointment.

Ensure you have your Ontario Health Card or proof of medical coverage.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Check-in at the registration desk.
Bring a list of your current medications.

Virtual appointment

Follow the instructions provided in your virtual visit confirmation.
Have a list of your current medications readily available.
