Wellness House is a unique adult day program designed to be barrier free and welcoming. Our team of health care professionals has expertise in therapeutic recreation, physical therapy and occupational therapy.
Staff work in collaboration with our clients and their support network to maximize and maintain abilities, compensate for limitations, reduce risks to health, and maintain quality of life. A full range of therapeutic recreation activities such as crafts, gardening, board games and floor games is offered. Physiotherapy and occupational therapy are also provided to promote independence and encourage the learning and maintenance of new skills.
Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Clients attend between: 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Monthly Saturday Program: 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

H-PCAP is a social communication group for people living with acquired communication disorders. The program involves both small and large group activities and is intended for people who want to improve their communication. As an organization, they educate the community about aphasia and provide training and support to family members, friends, and caregivers.
Programming is offered at Wellness House on Thursday afternoons from 1-4p.m. and open to existing Wellness House clients only.
