Recruitment Process



All jobs are listed on eRecruit. We also advertise on external job sites.  



Applications are received, sorted and pre-screened based on the posted job qualifications.




The hiring manager will review the pre-screened applicants and select candidates for an interview. Human Resources will contact successful applicants and invite them to test and/or interview. 




Testing and/or interviews are conducted by Human Resources, with the hiring Manager.



Reference checks are performed for selected candidate(s).



Successful candidates will receive an Offer of Employment from Human Resources.



Notification of job fulfillment is provided to other candidates. Human Resources will do this by mail, telephone or email.
