The Child and Adolescent Service (CAP) provides support to children/youth under the age of 18 years. A Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist works in collaboration with a Social Worker and a Psychiatric Nurse to assess and provide treatment recommendations on complex cases.
Please bring patient's health card, last few years' of report cards and any prior psycho-educational assessment to your appointment.

Location
CAP is located Outpatient Mental Health Services in the basement of the Joseph Brant Community Health Centre (JBCHC), 1182 North Shore Blvd, Burlington, ON L7S 1C5.
- This is the building to the West of Joseph Brant Hospital (JBH), turn in at the stoplights
- Enter through the same lane way as you would to come to JBH, the old front entrance off Northshore Blvd
- Enter through the door under the blue awning
- Take the stairs or elevator down to the lower level
- Follow the corridor down and around, it's a bit like a maze, go past the elevators, turn right, go to the end of the hall and Room B80 will be around the corner on your left
- Parking is available in designated JBCHC parking spots
- You are required to display a valid parking permit which can be purchased from the machines located at either end of the lot
