How do I check-in online using the Self-Service App?

There are three (3) ways to check-in online using the Self-Service App. If you are unable to check-in using app, please proceed to the registration desk.

1. Automatic check-in

Open the Convey app. If you are within the physical vicinity of your appointment, you will be automatically checked-in.

2. I'm here button

Open the Convey app. Click the green button with a place-marker icon that says “I’m here”. If you are within the physical vicinity of your appointment, you will be checked-in. If this fails, please make your way to the North Tower / Ambulatory Care entrance and try again.

3. Check-in button & QR Code

Open the Convey app. Click the green button with a barcode icon that says "check-in". The app will open up the camera on your mobile phone. Using the camera, scan the QR code on a Self-Service poster.  Posters are located on entry and in Clinic areas.
