JBH is urgently seeking members of our community to join us in our COVID-19 response.

We are currently recruiting temporary full and part-time Pandemic Assistants to provide support on clinical units, hospital entrances and/or the vaccination clinic.

The positions are non-clinical/medical in nature. Duties may include:

• Unit Support: updating patient and visitor lists, answering phones, delivering water to patients, assisting with social/support calls with family, reinforcing essential care partner policies
• Screening: asking screening questions at hospital entrances, ensuring wheelchairs are available, providing directions

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communications skills
