For Theresa, the manager of Joseph Brant Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU), an open-door policy, being flexible and empowering everyone’s voice, is what guides her leadership style.

“I help motivate the team to achieve professional goals and value everyone’s opinion,” she said. “The team truly cares and goes above and beyond to provide service excellence to our patients and their families. It’s evident that they love what they do.”
