The Patient Relations department is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to hear about your experience. The role of this team is to facilitate communication and resolution when there is feedback and care/services provided at JBH. We will respond to you within one business day. The patient relations coordinators work closely with the executives and care teams to provide exceptional care to every patient.
Our clinical backgrounds and experience, as past healthcare professionals, provides a platform for successful partnership between patients, families, community partners and JBH executive and care team.
