The Infectious Diseases Clinic provides outpatient care for complex infectious diseases. We provide consultative services for infections of the blood, heart, bone, post-operative infections, tropical diseases and infections in children.
Location
The Infectious Diseases Clinic is located on Level 1 of the North tower within Ambulatory Care.
Hours of Operation
- Tuesday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Thursday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Referrals
Patients are seen by referral.
Physician
Referrals must be completed by a physician. To refer a patient for the Infectious Diseases Clinic, complete the Ambulatory Care Referral Form (PDF) and fax to 905-681-4879.

Once referred, we will call you to book an appointment. Patients are seen in order of urgency, instead of first-come first-served.

What to Expect

- Blood and other laboratory work may be required depending on the assessment.
- Diagnostic Imaging may be required depending on the assessment.
