The Hand and Upper Limb Clinic provides time-limited therapeutic assessment & treatment to patients who have experienced an injury to their hand(s) and/or arm(s) following significant injury. This is a therapy based clinic only. No Surgeon is on-site at the Clinic.
Location
The Hand and Upper Limb Clinic is located on Level 1 of the North tower within Ambulatory Clinic.
Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Referrals
Patients are seen by referral from Plastic or Orthopaedic Surgeon.

Once referred, we will call you to book an in-person or virtual appointment.
Services
- Assessment, recommendations and treatment for functional deficits
- Splint fabrication to protect, maintain or restore function
- Therapeutic modalities for symptom reduction, enabling functional gains
What to Expect
In-person appointment
- Bring your Ontario Health Card or proof of medical coverage.
- Bring your clinic referral form with you.
- Bring your WSIB claim number (if applicable).
- Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
- Your visit may take 30-60 minutes.
- Your care may be provided by an occupational therapist and/ or physiotherapist.
- You may be instructed to continue therapy at home.
