The Paediatric Diabetes Clinic at Joseph Brant Hospital provides outpatient care to children and adolescents under the age of 18 living with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. It is a multi-disciplinary team including a:
- Registered Nurse Diabetes Educator
- Registered Dietitian Diabetes Educator
- Social Worker and Paediatrician
Access
To access the clinic, patients can be referred directly by their primary care physician or transferring clinic.
Referrals must be faxed to 905-681-4884.

Location
The Paediatric Diabetes Clinic is part of the Maternal Child Clinics. It is located on the second floor of the North Tower, in 2N 500.
Directions
- Take the North Tower elevator to the second floor.
- Exit the elevator and turn left.
- Follow signs to the Maternal and Child Clinics.
- Wait in the waiting room located to the left of the clinic doors.
