The Pediatric Diabetes Clinic at Joseph Brant Hospital provides outpatient care to children and adolescents under the age of 18 living with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. It is a multi-disciplinary team including a:

To access the clinic, patients can be referred directly by their primary care physician or transferring clinic.
