The Complete Breast Care Program at Joseph Brant Hospital is more than a mammogram. We’re dedicated to providing rapid, specialized breast care throughout your breast health journey. Our team of experienced specialists, combined with cutting-edge technology and guidance from your Patient Navigator, will ensure you receive all the care you may need on the road to complete breast health.

The Complete Breast Care Clinic is located on Level 1 along the Wavy Wall

Hours of Operation

The Complete Breast Care Clinic is open Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Patient Information

  • Your visit may take up to an hour or more
  • Please bring your Ontario Health Card
  • Bring a list of prescribed and non-prescribed medications
  • Films and/or copies of your previous breast imaging, if your screening was done somewhere other than Joseph Brant Hospital

On The Day Your Appointment

  • You will meet your RN Patient Navigator.  The Navigator will help you schedule breast screening appointments, obtain mammogram test results and are available to answer questions or concerns.
  • A pre-visit questionnaire will need to be filled out prior to meeting with the RN Patient Navigator.   

This appointment will be to discuss imaging, and/or biopsy results as well as plan further management as necessary.
