The Complete Colorectal Care Program provides a coordinated, patient-centered approach to care where patients can receive diagnostic tests, consultation and surgical care, all in one place.

An Endoscopy is a procedure where a small flexible camera is used to see the inside of the body, for screening and diagnostic purposes.

The Fracture Clinic provide care to patients with orthopaedic injuries— injuries relating to the bones and joints as result of an accident or trauma to the body.

General Internal Medicine Rapid Assessment Clinic (GIMRAC) is an acute medicine clinic with the main focus of providing urgent consultation from an internal medicine specialist to people who would otherwise require ED consultation or being admitted.

The Hand and Upper Limb Clinic provides time-limited therapeutic assessment & treatment to patients who have experienced an injury to their hand(s) and/or arm(s) following significant injury.  This is a therapy based clinic only. No Surgeon is on-site at the Clinic.

The Heart Function clinic provides care to adults with a new diagnosis of heart failure and/or recurrent symptomatic heart failure.  

The Infectious Diseases Clinic provides outpatient care for complex infectious diseases.  We provide consultative services for infections of the blood, heart, bone, post-operative infections, tropical diseases and infections in children.

The Joseph Brant Hospital Mental Health Services Program provides a Full-Continuum Model of Care, planned and designed according to needs of the patients in our community and in alignment with provincial and regional mental health priorities and directives.
