Measuring Quality and Safety
Measurement of key performance indicators is an important part of Joseph Brant Hospital's quality and safety improvement program. All hospital programs and departments are expected to measure processes and outcomes on a regular basis. Results are reported to the JBH Quality Council, chaired by the President and CEO.
The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care requires Ontario hospitals to report results for key patient safety indicators to the public. You will find our most recent patient safety indicator results below.
