Board Meetings

Meetings of the Joseph Brant Hospital Board of Directors are held at 1 p.m. in accordance with the Schedule listed below.

If you are interested in attending the Open Session of the Board meeting as an observer, please contact the Board Liaison’s office (dphilip@josephbranthospital.ca) at least a week ahead of the date listed and guidelines for attendance will be provided.

Meeting Summaries

Board minutes are approved at the next regular meeting. When approved, a Meeting Summary of Board decisions are posted alongside the corresponding meeting date. The Summary includes items brought before the Board, highlights of key reports that were reviewed and discussed, as well as decisions made by the Board at the meeting. 

Minutes for the Annual Meeting of Members are approved at the following year’s Annual Meeting and are posted accordingly.
