Please keep the following in mind when sending your message.
- Remember to include the patient's name
- Keep your message brief, think of the message as a postcard
- Messages are not to be used to obtain medical advice, for urgent matters or to contact a health care professional with questions
- Do not include private information
- If the patient is no longer here, we will discard the message
After you submit your message, volunteers will print and deliver your greeting to the patient's bedside Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
Please note that patients do not have the means to reply to your message.
