What to Bring

Whether you are coming to the hospital for a clinic appointment, day surgery or an inpatient stay, a little preparation will help your visit go smoothly.

What to bring every time you visit:

• Health card
• Appointment information
• Doctor's name
• Location of where your appointment is taking place
• Name and phone number of referring physician
• Name and phone number of your family physician if different from above

In addition to the above, you may wish to bring personal items for overnight stays:

• Toiletries and personal items (ie. Toothbrush, comb, etc.)
• Bathrobe
• Change of clothes for your trip home
• Medications in original packaging

 We encourage you to take special care with dentures, prescription glasses or prosthetic devices. The hospital cannot accept responsibility for the security of these items.
