Healthy Workplace Survey (HWS) 

The HWS is conducted every two years by Human Resources as part of their Employee Engagement Plan.

The goal is to identify the elements needed to acheive a quality work-life balance. The results help guide corporate projects and priorities in the months and years ahead.
