If you are coming from another healthcare facility it may expedite your appointments if you are able to bring copies of your occupational health file and immunization records.
Clinical employees at the time of hire can provide letters with proof of previous clinical experience. These letters must come from your previous employers, be on company letterhead paper, include your full name and job title, and hours worked if casual/part-time, or dates of employment if you were full-time. Human Resources will review and consider these letters towards assessing your starting salary. These letters must be provided at the time of hire.
